Shipping & Returns

We ship to the whole of the UK mainland only. Not including Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.

For customers in England and Wales, orders are expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of placing the order. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee, and your order may arrive sooner.

For customers in Scotland, orders are typically delivered within 14-21 business days. Again, this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and your order could arrive earlier than expected.

If delivery is confirmed, and for any reason, delivery cannot be completed, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the original shipping fee. You will also be required to pay for the second delivery attempt in full. This process will continue until the order has been successfully delivered.

We offer one standard shipping option, with the cost calculated based on the postcode and weight of the order.

We have a 14-day return policy for online orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for non-faulty items.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@hushacoustic.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns must be pre-authorised before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your item. 

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We do not provide return labels for non-faulty items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@hushacoustic.co.uk with photographs and details of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at no cost to you.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
